Google Store is now available in more countries. Google sells its Pixel phones and tablets, its Chromecasts and Nest home products, only ships to a select few countries: the United States, the UK, and select few European nations. Earlier, it was completely closed for users from non-supported countries, this is no longer the case.
Users from all over the globe can now access any of the supported versions of the Store and buy devices using their local debit or credit cards of their particular regions. But there is a catch, this can be explained with the help of an example, earlier users from various regions could not access the Google Store since Google does not officially sell products there. Now, those people have access to the Google Store, and can buy products using their card but, they cannot ship the device to themselves. That means the users have an access to Google store of other regions but can ship the product to an address of that particular regions, let say to their friends or relative who stay in the region where Google is officially selling those products.
Now, this sort of service will benefit to third party seller or even dealer who have access to Google products and can ship internationally. Now if you have a friend or a relative in a place where google sells products, you can pay for the product and get it delivered to them and they can further ship it back to you.
This is not of much use to U.S. or Germany, or users from any other supported market, of course, but it’s a welcome update for everyone else.
