Samsung unveils Galaxy A3 (2017), A5 (2017), A7 (2017)

Samsung has announced the models in their A-series lineup, which are more popular in the mid-range segment – Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017), Galaxy A7 (2017). The new Galaxy A-series is packed under a metal frame with 3D glass back as compared to all glass from last year. All the devices look alike in terms of design.

The devices come with a 16MP rear and front camera. The company commits that they perform well in low light situations.  The devices come with IP68 water and dust resistance.  The smartphones have an option of microSD expansion up to 256GB. This time Samsung has chosen to go with USB Type C and fast charging.

Galaxy A3 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017), Galaxy A7 (2017) come with a feature which was first seen in the Galaxy S7 & S7 edge i.e. Always On Display. Unlike the Apple Pay and Android Pay, Samsung is also offering Samsung Pay which uses Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) technology. The devices also come with the NFC and secure folder with biometric authentication functionality.

As of now, there is no word on the price and availability of all the devices in India.
